$19M deal for Bird Streets manse both record and bargain for Guess co-founder

Los Angeles denim king Paul Marciano has a new address to call home. The Guess co-founder snapped up a deal for LA28 Summer Olympics Chair Casey Wasserman’s Bird Streets home this week, paying $18.5 million for the mansion inspired by Stanley Kubrick’s “2001: A Space Odyssey.” The purchase price equates to $1,655 per square foot.
