Newport Beach can cut another notch in its belt after seeing the close of a $33.5 million waterfront mansion this week to make for one of the city’s priciest deals so far this year–and priciest ever recorded in its Bayshores community. The sale of 2668 Bayshore Drive is Newport Beach proper’s priciest deal on record this year and Orange County’s second most expensive home sale in 2026.
