“Captain America” star finds buyer for Hollywood Hills home after year on market, relisting
Chris Evans has secured a buyer for his Hollywood Hills home after more than a year of trying to land a sale. The 45-year-old “Captain America” star’s $6.4 million listing is now under contingent offer, Realtor.com reported. The terms of the accepted offer, including the agreed-upon price and the buyer’s identity, were not disclosed. Evans first listed the property at 7840 Torreyson Drive for $7 million in May 2025 but pulled it from the market last November after failing to find a buyer.
