“Home Again”: Malibu mansion once owned by Barry Manilow and P!nk sells above 2022 price
An oceanfront Malibu mansion that has counted Barry Manilow and P!nk among its past residents has traded hands for nearly $14 million. The beach house at 24146 Malibu Road sold for $13.8 million, Mansion Global reported. The buyer is local real estate firm Evolve Realty & Development, led by Stephen Samuel, and the seller’s identity was not disclosed. Pinnacle Estate Properties’ Britney Smits held the listing. The 4,320-square-foot home was built in the 1970s and underwent major renovations in 2017.
