A Beverly Hills mansion that once belonged to Mark Wahlberg and is currently owned by Don Rufus Hankey has gone into contract. The home at 9694 Oak Pass Road in Beverly Hills is asking $21.8 million, or $1,561 per square foot, and topped out last week’s signed contracts, according to the Eklund Weekly Luxury Report Los Angeles. The weekly roundup, compiled by Marcy Roth of Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team, tallies signed contracts of Los Angeles County properties listed in the Multiple Listing Service for at least $4 million.
