Buyer in contract for $16M Hamptons-inspired Palisades home
A newly built, Hamptons-inspired home asking $16.4 million in Pacific Palisades drove last week’s signed contract activity in Los Angeles County. The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home, with an asking price of $2,085 per square foot, was completed last year and sits at 1675 San Remo Drive. It’s one of 24 homes that went into contract last week, which was good for $143.7 million in asking volume, according to the Eklund Weekly Luxury Report Los Angeles.
