A Newport Coast mansion is seeking $68 million for a jump of nearly 80 percent since the home last sold about six months ago. The premium price point on 18 Swimmers Point pencils out to $5,913 per square foot and, if sold for close to ask, would become Orange County’s priciest recorded residential deal this year, according to Redfin records. It would topple 20 Coastline, which sold in January for $43.6 million off market and currently is the county’s highest-priced residential trade of 2026.
