Echo Park hillside poised to get nearly a dozen townhomes
As Los Angeles lags behind its state-mandated housing production goals, one developer is looking to add to the residential stockpile with a townhome development in Echo Park. Streetlamp Partners filed an application with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning seeking approvals to build 10 three-story townhomes at 1467 Ridge Way, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The development would consist entirely of two-bedroom townhomes, according to plans submitted by project designer BuildCasa cited by Urbanize.
