Exposition Park apartments win LA city planner green light
Another housing project in Exposition Park secured the go-ahead from city officials. The Los Angeles City Planning Commission has approved a proposal from Anat Escher of Martin Dream to replace a small commercial building at 900 West Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard with a six-story residential building, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. Martin Dream’s plan calls for 32 one-bedroom apartments above roughly 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and parking for 17 vehicles.
