Film producer Joe Roth nabs quick close on $21M Beverly Hills mid-century modern
It was a quick close for big-shot film producer Joe Roth and his Beverly Hills pad. Roth’s now former home at 713 North Hillcrest Road led last week’s homes to go into contract in Los Angeles County, with its nearly $22 million asking price, according to the Eklund Weekly Luxury Report Los Angeles. The deal then officially closed this week with Roth selling the property for $21.5 million, or $3,890 per square foot.
