The owner of reality TV stars Heather and Terry Dubrow’s former Newport Coast mansion is shopping the custom build for $62 million. That would be about a 13 percent premium over what the seller paid for 2 Coral Ridge in 2022 and equates to $3,080 per square foot. If sold for anywhere close to the asking price, the trade would be Orange County’s priciest resi deal this year, according to Zillow records.
