Holmby Hills manse fit for “Rich Girl” takes price cut while LA luxury sales rise
A Holmby Hills estate with a high design pedigree is back on the market with a price cut and a fully gutted interior. The Georgian-style mansion at 10790 Bellagio Road is asking $34.5 million, down from its $37.5 million asking price last year, the California Post reported. The unidentified seller bought the 1939-built home in 1995 for $5.1 million. The 14,200-square-foot home’s exterior stands in sharp contrast to its interior, which underwent a gut renovation by interior designer Kelly Wearstler, who counts stars like Gwen Stefani, Jessica Alba and Cameron Diaz among her celebrity clients.
