La Mirada 248K sf industrial lease adds to continued strength for Greater LA submarket
As demand for industrial space increases in the South Bay and Inland Empire, the Gateway Cities continue to hold interest from tenants. MEI Rigging & Crating committed to a five-year lease renewal at a 248,105-square-foot industrial property in La Mirada, Colliers announced in a press release. The deal for space at 14555 Alondra Boulevard is valued at roughly $21 million, according to Colliers, which represented the landlord, Brookfield Properties, in the transaction.
