Multifamily build-up: Seven stories pitched for corner lot in Harvard Heights
Another single-family home in Los Angeles is headed for redevelopment into a multifamily building. Brian Abghari submitted plans to construct a seven-story residential building at 1504 South Wilton Place, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The site spans 0.3 acres, according to Zillow. The corner lot is one block south of Pico Boulevard, with a 3,800-square-foot single-family home built in 1905, Zillow shows. The building is home to California Hope Presbyterian Church. Abghari, through entity Wilton South County Place LLC, plans 63 units and parking for 38 vehicles, according to the application.
