Sergey Brin’s former Point Dume mansion hits rental market for $175K per month
A Malibu estate once shared by Google co-founder Sergey Brin and ex-wife Nicole Shanahan is heading to the luxury rental market. The five-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom Point Dume property, purchased by Brin and Shanahan for $35 million in 2020, is now being marketed as a newly renovated rental retreat, Realtor.com reported. The manse is available for rent at $175,000 per month for the summer season, or for a longer-term lease for $125,000 per month. The home is linked in property records to a Nevada LLC managed through Shanahan’s family office, suggesting she retained control of the estate after the couple’s 2023 divorce.
