Love don’t cost a thing, but Beverly Crest mansions do. Jennifer Lopez has relisted her hilltop compound once shared with ex-husband Ben Affleck, two years after originally putting the mansion on the market, Realtor.com reported. The “Jenny From the Block” singer is seeking just shy of $50 million for the property, down from its original 2024 list price of $68 million and 2023 purchase price of nearly $61 million. Last spring, the couple dropped the list price to about $60 million before taking it off the market.
