A Newport Coast mansion tied to Sacramento Kings guard Zach LaVine is looking for its next owner. The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate in Pelican Crest is on the market for $40 million, the Orange County Register reported. The property spans roughly 11,200 square feet and sits on more than three-quarters of an acre behind gates with panoramic ocean views.
