Joni Mitchell’s former Malibu Colony home is taking a price cut just three months after it hit the market. The five-bedroom manse at 23758 Malibu Road is now available for $24.9 million, down from the nearly $27 million list price in May, Mansion Global reported. Joyce Rey and Nanette Iggulden of Coldwell Banker Realty, along with Estates and Trusts Realty’s Jody Katz and Leona Katz, hold the listing. The 4,000-square-foot home was built for Mitchell in 1982.
