Another single-family home gives way to townhomes in Mid-City
Another single-family home in Mid-City is poised to be demolished in favor of small-lot homes. Plans recently filed with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning call for the demolition of a 1930s home at 1549 South Point View Street to create six townhome-style residences, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The applicant is Patrick Star LLC, which traces to the downtown offices of jewelry company Diamonds & Diamonds Corporation, led by Mike Rabbanian. HRD Architecture is designing the development.
