Aubrey Plaza finds buyer for Los Feliz home after year of price cuts, relisting
Aubrey Plaza found a buyer for her home tucked in the shadow of Griffith Park, priced at $4.9 million. The “Parks and Recreation” actor accepted a contingent offer on her Los Feliz home at 2177 Fern Dell Place after nearly a year on the market, Realtor.com reported. The transaction comes after multiple price cuts and a handful of failed deals at the home, which Plaza shared with her late husband, filmmaker Jeff Baena, before his death in January 2025.
