Balaciano scores refi for Woodland Hills apartments, starts adjacent project
Balaciano Group is moving forward with more housing in the Woodland Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles. The Canoga Park-based firm secured a permit for The Q Erwin, a 264-unit project slated to rise at 6160 Variel Avenue, according to a news release. The project at 21050 Erwin Street calls for 11,000 square feet of retail space. Meanwhile, Balaciano Group secured $250 million in refinancing for two nearby properties it developed in recent years. The firm secured $150 million refinancing from Morgan Stanley for The Q De Soto, which has 376 units and 25,000 square feet of retail.
