Bel Air, Hollywood Hills portfolio tops contracts with $54M auction bid

A nearly 16-acre residential portfolio spread across Bel Air and the Hollywood Hills has gone into contract and could sell for about half of its original $105 million listing price. Known as Crown Bel Air, the package of high-end residential parcels went to Concierge Auctions in May, with bidding closing later that same month. The highest bid came in at $54.4 million, which pencils out to $1,287 per square foot.
