Beverly Hills duplexes to become multifamily housing under new plan
Two century-old duplexes in Beverly Hills are poised to give way to a seven-story multifamily building. The Beverly Hills Planning Commission is reviewing a proposal from Suite Homes LLC to erect a seven-story edifice with 23 apartments at 227-231 North Swall Drive, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. Suite Homes, the property owner, is linked in state business records to the address of a postal store in Santa Monica.
