Big “Blue” mansion: Joni Mitchell’s former oceanfront abode hits market for $27M
Joni Mitchell’s former Malibu beach house is back on the market for the first time in nearly four decades. The five-bedroom home at 23758 Malibu Road in Malibu Colony is available for $27 million, Realtor.com reported. Coldwell Banker Realty’s Joyce Rey and Nanette Iggulden and Estates and Trusts Realty’s Jody Katz and Leona Katz hold the listing. Mitchell bought the beachfront land in the early 1980s and commissioned architect Ron Goldman to design the Cape Cod-inspired retreat.
