A joint venture involving players from Westside Estate Agency and the Beverly Hills Estates, along with renowned architect Scott Mitchell, scooped up former Los Angeles Dodgers owner Peter O’Malley’s Malibu mansion for $55 million in a deal that closed Wednesday. The JV — comprising Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency, the Beverly Hills Estates’ Jack Harris and Michael Fahimian, and Mitchell — is planning a full-scale redevelopment of the 1994-built home.
