Café Gratitude, Gracias Madre owners in contract to sell Beverly Hills Flats home

The owners of Southern California restaurants Café Gratitude and Gracias Madre led Los Angeles County’s luxury home contracts last week with their Beverly Hills Flats residence.  Chris and Lisa Bonbright’s over 7,000-square-foot home at 712 North Arden Drive is listed for just under $18 million, or $2,538 per square foot. That placed the five-bedroom, six-bathroom home in the No. 1 spot among signed contracts for the week ended March 22 based on asking price, according to the Eklund Weekly Luxury Report Los Angeles.
