Victor Coleman is number one on the call sheet. But Hollywood is pulling the plug. Coleman is founder, chief executive and chairman of Hudson Pacific Properties, one of the largest independent owners of soundstages in the country, and the largest public operator of studios in Los Angeles.  Silicon Valley offices comprise a lot of Coleman’s 19-million-square-foot portfolio, but studios seem to have his heart.
