Carolwood edges past The Agency to become LA’s No. 1 boutique

Carolwood Estates has arrived. That may be a bit dramatic. If you’ve been watching Los Angeles’ high-end residential market in real time, you may have already deduced as much. Still, new figures out this week from TRD Data supports such presumption, with the four-year-old Beverly Hills boutique brokerage taking the No. 1 spot among Los Angeles County independents.
