Caruso signs on coworking flex space tenant in historic Glendale building
As coworking continues to grow across Greater Los Angeles, Industrious is sinking its teeth deeper into the local market with another local expansion, this time in a recognizable historic building. Industrious has signed a lease for 12,000 square feet across two floors at the Masonic Temple building at 234 South Brand Boulevard in Glendale, Commercial Observer reported. The flexible office provider plans to open its location in the Caruso-owned building next June. The outpost will be Industrious’ second in Glendale and 19th in the broader Los Angeles area.
