Century City home poised for demolition, transformation into apartments
Another developer is looking to turn the site of a single-family home into apartments, this time in Century City. Project developer Mehrzad Shirani Lapari submitted an application to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning to transform 2217 South Fox Hills Drive into a multifamily residential property, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. Lapari’s proposal calls for the construction of a seven-story building with 17 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments above parking for six vehicles.
