Coastal wins in luxe signed contracts activity for LA County
Coastal mansions led the way last week amid a broader slowdown in residential contract activity across Los Angeles County. Last week 13 properties went into contract, about half the count from a year earlier, according to the Eklund Weekly Luxury Report Los Angeles. Those contracts totaled $100.7 million in asking price volume, which was down 60 percent from a year ago. The weekly roundup, which is put together by Marcy Roth of the Eklund Gomes team at Douglas Elliman, counts on-market single-family and condominium deals in the Multiple Listing Service of $4 million or more.
