Cohen Brothers add nearly 100K sf of leases at Pacific Design Center
The owner of the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood just signed a slew of leases with tenants totaling nearly 100,000 square feet. Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation inked seven lease deals totaling 96,000 square feet at the Pacific Design Center’s Red Building, Commercial Observer reported. The Red Building is a creative office building spanning 400,000 square feet as part of the larger 1.6-million-square-foot Pacific Design Center campus. The tenants include companies across the beauty, fashion and technology sectors.
