Construction report: Samuelian Group nearly doubles unit count for Silver Lake Flats, secures permits
🏆 The largest new development to score permits last week was in Silver Lake, where plans were filed to build a 77,000-square-foot affordable housing development at 835 North Hyperion Avenue. Samuelian Group is behind the $12.5 million project — called Silver Lake Flats — that will rise six stories and house 105 units. A previous iteration of the project called for 54 units.
