Corona Del Mar strip center trades hands as retail market sees price growth
The Orange County retail market continues to draw investors looking for new places to park their money. Poole Properties sold a commercial strip at 2515 East Coast Highway in Corona Del Mar to investor Phil Berry for $13.7 million, L.A. Business First reported. Berry acquired the property through his LLC, Shops at CDM, offering $700,000 more than the initial asking price for the 14,000-square-foot property. Prior to selling, Poole Properties owned the complex for more than 80 years. Tenants at the site include a restaurant, a salon, a tailor and an antique store.
