Crescent Heights’ Kahn, luxe developer Nosrati back Bass as runoff nears
Coming off her primary win, Mayor Karen Bass has scored some notable real estate industry donors, including Crescent Heights’ Beverly Hills-based partner Elliott Kahn, according to The Real Deal’s review of recent filings from the Los Angeles City Ethics Commission. Kahn contributed $1,800 to Bass’ reelection campaign — the maximum amount allowed for an individual donation. Crescent Heights, where Kahn has worked for more than a decade, is one of the most active condominium converters in the city and was behind the Ten Thousand development in Century City.
