Developer eyes nearly 1K-unit expansion of apartment complex on former Parsons campus
AMLI Residential is looking to add nearly 1,000 new apartments to one of its existing multifamily complexes in Pasadena. The Pasadena Design Commission is reviewing plans from AMLI Residential to turn the former headquarters campus of engineering firm Parsons into housing, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The project would be an expansion of AMLI’s AMLI Old Pasadena apartments at 100 West Walnut Street.
