Developer to turn Reseda single-family homes into 75 apartments
Half a dozen single-family homes in Reseda appear poised to be replaced with a multifamily residential complex. Developer Efi Meirson has submitted plans with the City of Los Angeles to construct a six-story building at 7031-7046 North Baird Avenue, eliminating six existing homes for the new apartment complex, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. If approved, the project would comprise 75 apartments in one- to three-bedroom floor plans as well as a parking garage with 100 stalls.
