Dhar Mann lands loan to back his production campus buy
You’ve got to imagine it’s a hard time to get a bank to back your studio buy right now. But maybe it’s not so hard if you’re a social media studio boss. Dhar Mann got a $16.5 million loan from Wells Fargo for the production campus he just bought in the Valley, records revealed after TRD broke the $23 million deal last month. Neither representatives for Mann nor Wells Fargo immediately responded to a request for comment. His deal for the Chatsworth campus called Crimson Studios came out to about $200 per square foot.
