Dhar Mann Studios buys production campus in the Valley for $23M
Content creator slash social media studio boss Dhar Mann spent $23 million on a production campus in the Valley, a person familiar told The Real Deal. The deal for the Chatsworth campus called Crimson Studios shakes out to around $200 per square foot. Dhar Mann Studios, a new-era production company that has millions of subscribers and followers on social media, purchased the lot from Gem Realty Capital and Lincoln Property Company.
