Diane Keaton’s former Beverly Hills home finds buyer after a year of price cuts
Diane Keaton’s former Beverly Hills home is poised to welcome a new owner after nearly a year of price cuts. The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate is now under contingent offer, Realtor.com reported. The property hit the market in October 2025 for $25 million, less than two weeks after the actress died at 79. After repeatedly coming on and off the market, the 8,434-square-foot home was most recently priced at $18.5 million following a $19.5 million relisting in May.
