Diane Keaton’s former Laguna Beach house hits market

Another Los Angeles-area home with a renovation pedigree by famed actress and house flipper Diane Keaton is on the market.  The blufftop property at 31595 Table Rock Drive in Laguna Beach is on the market for $10.3 million, the Orange County Register reported.  Keaton bought the home in October 2021 for $6.6 million. Over the next few months, she embarked on a property-wide renovation effort, including improving the fireplace, adding new kitchen backsplash, refreshed lighting and electrical fixtures and changes to the heating system.
