ED1 clears way for 100% affordable workforce housing in Studio City
Studio City is slated to receive several dozen units of workforce housing, thanks to a boost from Parkview Financial. MDNI Group is planning to build 51 units of workforce housing at 12750 Moorpark Street in Studio City, L.A. Business First reported. Parkview Financial provided a $10.6 million construction loan for the development. The project would replace a single-family home at the site with a mix of studio, one-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.
