Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are giving the market another shot at their sprawling Pacific Palisades mansion, relisting the custom-built property for just shy of $20 million after four previous attempts to sell it. The 13,000-square-foot estate has now appeared on the market five times since July 2023, when the couple first sought $32 million for the six-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home at 1362 Bella Oceana Vista, Realtor.com reported.
