Filmmakers list Malibu mansion for $17M after interior renovation
A Malibu home with ties to Hollywood has hit the market for almost $17 million. The four-bedroom house at 28834 Boniface Drive in Point Dume is for sale for nearly $16.9 million, Mansion Global reported. Pinnacle Estate Properties’ Jeffrey Chertown has the listing. The manse was purchased by screenwriter Janus Cercone and producer Michael Manheim in 2024 for $7.5 million in 2024.
