Fortress takes over Hackman’s Culver City campus
Michael Hackman has lost the Sony campus in Culver City. Hackman Capital Partners, which purchased the creative office campus at 9050 Washington Boulevard with partner Affinius Capital in 2021 for around $160 million, defaulted on its debt earlier this year.
