A historic mansion in Pasadena is ready for its close-up, hitting the market for 56 percent more than its 2025 sale price. The Tudor-revival home at 380 South San Rafael Avenue is for sale for $32 million, Mansion Global reported. The 1928-built home last traded a year ago for $20.5 million.
