Health care exec-turned-developer plots another multifamily project in the Valley
Developer Al Leibovic is planning a multifamily development for a parcel in North Hills next to one he built over the past decade. The health care executive filed a new application with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning to replace an existing commercial building at 15242 Parthenia Street with a seven-story building containing 85 apartments, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. Parking for 139 vehicles is also planned for the site.
