Hermosa lands top luxe contract as South Bay resi continues to move

Hermosa Beach led the way in Los Angeles County luxury contract activity as momentum continues for the South Bay’s high-end market. The nearly 8,000-square-foot home at 2965 La Carlita Place is listed for $11.3 million, or $1,440 per square foot. It topped the Eklund Weekly Luxury Report Los Angeles, a weekly roundup compiled by Marcy Roth of Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team.
