The developer of a recently completed Hidden Hills estate, reportedly neighboring Melissa Etheridge’s home, could nab a big payday on the property’s pending sale. The home at 5350 Round Meadow Road in the gated community of Hidden Hills is in contract at an asking price of $21.6 million, or $1,697 per square foot. It marked last week’s top home to go into contract based on its asking price, per the Eklund Weekly Luxury Report Los Angeles.
