Hollywood exec in contract to sell what could be one of Venice’s priciest homes
Jesse Bochco’s custom-built Venice home caught the eye of a buyer. The home at 746 Milwood Avenue in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Venice is in contract at an asking price of almost $13 million, or $2,012 per square foot. If it sells close to ask, it would be one of Venice’s pricier single-family home sales. Currently sitting in the top spot is 2416 McKinley Avenue, which appeared in Showtime’s “Californication” and traded in 2017 for $14.6 million, or $2,920 per square foot.
